This week I came back from my first cleansing retreat at Shekinashram and, as promised, sending you my feedback. What can I say? I came back a completely different person - much calmer and happier with myself and the world around me.

The colon cleansing program was based on juice fasting, everyday of my break we had 2-4 meditation sessions and one 90min. yoga lesson, the sauna was also available. We also had a liver cleanse, I felt quite tied straightaway after that cleanse, not for long though. I've met wonderful people and learned a lot.

Although at times I have found this cleanse quite emotional, I have found the whole experience quite easy.

It was absolutely great to get rid off my toxic emotional luggage as well.

I'm doing your homework, meditation sessions during the retreat really helped with my breathing. I've bought the Mandala book you've recommended; I love it.
