I just had to write to u about an excellent experience I had yesterday! I went to a yoga and meditation class yesterday in Primrose Hill at a centre called Triyoga- it was absolutely incredible.

I feel amazing today- totally energised, grounded and inspired. I don’t know if u have heard of the centre before if not this is the site: www.triyoga.co.uk

They have seminars and workshops and I think you should try it or even do some sort of meditation work shop there - you’d love it! I’m going again next week.
