For a professional intuitive, and someone who has practised extensive energy work and meditation over the past 13 years; it was a privilege and a pleasure to work with Jenny Smedley’s CD : Past Lives Meditation.

 

Jenny’s heart-full personality and energy comes through her well paced voice, and the music is just wonderful. First few times I listened to the CD, I felt enveloped in the peach light and just fell into sound sleep! Afterwards, the guided instructions resulted in very vivid visualisations. I received bountiful of information on my past lives, including two past lives that were lived in parallel!
