I thought readers of PS magazine might enjoy this book, The Water of Life- A Treatise on Urine Therapy; by John W Armstrong which I cant keep quiet about, I’m boring everybody about it!!

This is such a find.  Written in the 1920's this book is full of case studies which speak volumes on the therapy of drinking your own urine.  I cannot persuade you one way or the other except for saying that since I started this therapy more than 3 months ago, I feel marvellous.  Improved digestion, more umph, great skin, more grounded in my nervous system etc.

Once over the initial, 'I don't want to even try this, ugh!', it's like gaining intimate knowledge about yourself that you don't even have to understand, it just works,  perfectly.

But don't listen to me, try it for yourself, you'll be amazed.
