Following to my trip to Athens, Greece in March where I was invited by the owner of Java Cafe to hold coffee cup reading week, and the wonderful response to my articles in May issue of Prediction magazine (I am in deed grateful to all the feedback received from readers); in particular to my article on History of Coffee Cup Reading ; many readers and clients have asked me if I would set up coffee-cup reading workshops.

 

I was very pleased to do so, and in fact the first workshop was held on Saturday 24th April 2004.

I am also pleased to announce that Moroccan Night & Coffee Cup Readings by Sahar which took place at Pasha Restaurant in London- organised by Kensington &Chelsea Women's club, was not only a delightful evening enjoyed by the 40 guests and members who attended, but a successful night at reviving the ancient art of coffee cup reading too!

Intrigue At A Turksih Coffee Cup Reading Workshop

What does the future hold for you?
Coffee Cup Reading Workshop:

 

Each workshop to accommodate a small group of people, limited to 5 people. You will learn how to

  • open up to receiving intuitive information
  • interpret the symbols
  • unleash the creative side of your brain, and of course
  • how to make the coffee

 

 
In some traditions, the saucer is also read
Workshop includes:

  • exercises for developing intuition,
  • your own kit of coffee grounds, cup& saucer, special pan for making coffee; as well as
  • Individual reading for each person.

Fee: £75.

We started the day de-cluttering our minds which was an experience in itself, trying our hands at reading words and symbols, reading pictures (which I have to say we were all rather good at), psychometry which was really uncanny, reading parchment paper and the explanation of what the symbols mean was given to us as we went along by Sahar.

 

Amazing the whole morning past in a very pleasurable blur, speaking to the other ladies at lunch we all felt that we gained so much from being in a small, intimate group with basically one on one tuition.  Sahar talked us through the various stages she described in her briefing and although we were all novices we all did remarkably well and felt we really made progress. 

 

The afternoon coffee making ceremony and then the reading was intriguing to say the least and I personally felt my reading was spot on done by the ladies.  So don't feel like I did, that this is all far beyond you, it really is a great way to spend the day and personally I feel all I need now is a bit more practice and I have a queue of friends already to try out my new skills."
