Anyone familiar with the energy field of the human body will be aware that Vedic teachings of ancient India identified seven energy vortices or chakras. Located at specific locations within our bodies from the base of our spine to the crown of our head, they act as energy centres transmuting the life force or chi into its physical expression.

Our seven-fold chakra system defines our personality based energy field. Its role is to experience the richness of polarity-based consciousness as an individual. As part of that exploration of individuality, I believe that at a collective level, we have chosen to suppress our awareness of our higher trans-personal chakras – until now.

Over the past few years, more people are becoming aware of these higher energy centres. In my own life-long exploration of consciousness, I believe we are individually and collectively beginning to access and experience a twelve-fold chakra system, which profoundly resonates with the consciousness of the Earth and the entire solar system as a collective soul.

Working around the world, as a cosmic geomancer, my own understanding continues to unfold through direct experience, for myself, and participants in my seminars, journeys and counselling sessions. Many spiritual and metaphysical traditions stress the importance of twelve around one – or in effect the twelve together becoming the thirteenth whole.

Christ had twelve disciples and in the Grail legends, Arthur had twelve knights. In three-dimensional geometry, the greatest number of spheres able to be packed around a central sphere of the same size is twelve around one. Images of wholeness are replete with the symbolism of twelve into thirteen.

The eighth and higher chakras expand our energy field beyond our human personality and progressively connect us with our soular memory and awareness and with All That Is. The eighth chakra, which is becoming known as the Universal Heart chakra is the portal to these higher connections. On a collective level, it is our increasing resonance with this eighth chakra which we are experiencing as the One Heart.

Most people feel it as an energy centre positioned between the ‘personal’ heart and throat chakras. Energetically some, including myself, perceive it as bringing together the trinity energies of our personal heart, solar plexus and bindu chakras. The latter, often called the ‘breath of God’ connects the third eye and crown chakras. In essence the trinity of the universal heart chakra, thus combines and creates a merkaba portal to transcend the personal mind, heart and will.

Unconditional love is the essence of connection, and the experience of this chakra is a joyous portal of awareness to an understanding of the archetypal consciousness which guides our human experience. The ninth chakra is also beginning to be experienced by many people who work with the devic and elemental kingdoms of the Earth. Approximately a hands length beneath the feet, it connects us at a much more profound level than our personal root chakra, with the consciousness of the Earth.

The tenth chakra is correspondingly about a hands breadth above our head and connects with the overall consciousness of the solar system. Through the experience of these higher chakras, people are re-membering and healing the traumas of many aspects of their soul journeys, terrestrial, intra-terrestrial and extra-terrestrial.

The eleventh chakra, approximately eighteen inches above our crown, is becoming known as the ‘stargate’. It connects us at galactic and supra-galactic levels of awareness and continues to expand our sense of the wholeness of who we really are.

The twelfth chakra, which most people are perceiving as thirty six inches above our crown, connects us with unity consciousness, that which we call Source. As the twelve together become the thirteenth whole the unity, which transcends and births all relativity consciousness becomes realised. And we become Unconditional Love for and with all Life.

Ancient and indigenous wisdom traditions perceive the Universe as an inter-connected conscious whole. Over the last century, these teachings have been progressively re-stated in the principles of modern physics, the model of the holographic universe and the theory of morphic resonance. Described as a hologram, the conscious universe energetically relates to itself at all scales and levels of experience.

Each solar – or soular system is a self-relating hologram within which, individuated and collective soul experience is played out. It is no accident that the ancient astrologers divided the sky into the twelve-fold zodiac. The solar and planetary bodies of our Soular System also reflect this harmonic, which in a fascinating collective synchronicity, we are only now becoming aware of.

We are ever more conscious that the Earth is a living entity. Mystics and geomancers have perceived a twelve-fold geometric energy grid encompassing the Earth. This do-decahedral grid is energetically, the essence of unconditional love. I call it the Unity grid because it holds the ever-present ‘memory’ of the wholeness of creation. Earth and its children are symbiotic on other than physical levels. As humanity collectively evolves in consciousness, so does the Earth and vice versa; the growing awareness of our higher chakras progressively resonating with the Unity grid.

Formed four and a half billion years ago, our Soular System is a wondrous environment for us, as spiritual beings to explore physical experience. Research is more and more supporting the probability that physical life was seeded on Earth from space. We also know that the dust itself, of which our system is comprised, was created in the death throes of earlier stars – we are star seeds.

As an inter-connected matrix of consciousness, all of our Soular System embodies Life. The ancient astrologers understood that the other planetary bodies of the system influenced life on Earth. Life on Earth also influences the other planets. Due to this profound resonant connection, as we as human beings are coming out of our collective amnesia and accessing our higher chakras, we have also ‘discovered’ other planets in our Soular System. For millennia, the seven visible astrological bodies within our Soular System, resonated with our personality-based energy field and our seven chakras. The energetic essence of the Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter and Saturn combined in ways unique to each of us.

Over the last couple of hundred years, with the invention of the telescope, Neptune, Uranus and Pluto were added and incorporated within the perceived astrological influences. Their influences have been considered as being on generational and collective levels. In October 2002, NASA announced the discovery of a trans-Plutonian planet. According to researcher Zecharia Sitchin and others, the ancient Sumerian myths also refer to a twelfth planet. They write of the chaos caused as this planet roamed through the Soular System, ultimately causing the formation of the asteroid belt. The planetoid Chiron may also be a remnant of this catastrophe. Chiron, only discovered in 1977 is viewed by astrologers as bringing awareness of inner wounding and facilitating its healing on individual and collective levels.

The combination of the debris of this ancient catastrophe is coming into our awareness now, I feel, as the twelfth energetic element in the harmonic of the Soular System, as we offer ourselves the opportunity to re-member and become whole. As we progressively access our twelve-chakra energy field, our journey into wholeness is also a journey for our entire Soular System.

Why is our individual and collective awareness rising now? The Omniverse, on all dimensional levels, is conscious and consciousness manifests as energy, comprising free and standing waves. The energetic waves of space-time in the physical universe, range from the tiny quantum level to the scale of the whole. As we co-create our exploration of consciousness in physical form, these energies form cycles of experience. Many waves or cycles of experience are now culminating to support a collective shift in our awareness.

One major energetic support to this leap in consciousness occurs on 9th November 2003 at 01.12 GMT, when an astrological alignment of enormous significance will occur. The chart of this moment, being called the Harmonic Concordance, contains the essence of what it takes to embody a collective shift to an expanded level of experience – no matter when such a shift would take place.

What is happening? Great spiritual masters have incarnated in the past as way-showers in embodying unconditional love and the experience of unity consciousness whilst in human form. My understanding of this shift in our awareness – or ascension – is that this real-isation, is now able to be manifested on a collective level.

What can we do? Each of us is a unique aspect of our collective ascension. Our choices co-create our reality;

* Choose love not fear in each moment, in thought word and action.
*Be responsible for our choices. * Embrace all that we are, ‘light’ and ‘shadow’ and be aware that the dance of their relativity is chosen by us to experience consciousness. Real-ise that beyond their partial perspective is the wholeness of unity consciousness. Know that we can still experience the myriad aspects of ‘relativity’ but with a much greater awareness and connection with Source.

* Be present. Live now, not in the past or the future. * Connect consciously with the Earth and through the Earth with the other aspects of our Soular System and the Cosmos. * Forgive – others and ourselves. * Be authentic. * Cease from judgement. * Live the golden rule ‘treat others as you would ask to be treated’. * Love, Live and Laugh.

As our many voices become the one heart and we travel our journey together into the wholeness of our being, I am reminded of the following words which were given to me in the midst of the Avebury landscape one beautiful morning;

In the commonality of our humanity, we are all ordinary
In the commonality of our divinity, we are all extraordinary
And so we are.
