I am being reminded the time is now to really take stock of ‘who I am’ and put my own house in order. The angels have been assisting us to do this for a long time but now (as I am finding) the changes are taking place, whether I’m ready or not.

The planet’s vibration is speeding up and those are sensitive are experiencing the effects. Personally speaking, I have been faced with a lot of issues and fears that needed releasing in order to fully live in the light. The situation I was experiencing has brought me to a point of literally standing still, a point of reflection, healing and growth in order to go forward with greater strength and understanding I am that I am.

The angels channelled the planet is dividing into fear and light. There is no right or wrong and those who wish to live in the light may be experiencing issues around the solar plexus, sacral and base chakras. Rather than feel frightened by any changes, we’re being guided to embrace them as they are all part of the bigger picture and for our highest good. If we truly wish to bring heaven to earth (which is why we incarnated at this time), we are at a point in our conscious where we have to release all that is preventing this; things we need to let go of in order to ‘lighten up’.

Sometimes the changes manifest as pain or illness. Whatever you may be experiencing, It’s advisable to not get caught up with the notion that something is ‘wrong’ and needs fixing as this causes further separation from our higher self, which we are trying to ground at this time. It’s oft-repeated but the angels assure us we are all absolutely perfect beings of divine light and all is well. We are here to bring heaven to earth by remembering this truth. My most-used affirmation at this time is ‘I am all that I am’, which I’ve been guided to say to help stay centred.

Two key words frequently heard at this time are ‘grounding’ and ‘protection’.

The purpose for grounding is to anchor heaven to earth. The roots we put into the earth and the energy we receive from the earth are crucial to our energy levels and well-being. We cannot ground our gifts unless we’re truly on the ground ourselves, strong and centred like a tree. Again, grounding our spiritual gifts is a way of bringing heaven to earth. I’ve been guided to do gardening and start painting. Any nudges you get at this time to start a new hobby or to be outside in nature etc are to help ground you to the earth plane so you can anchor your unique gifts and raise your vibration above fear.

Protection is important because the vibration of the planet is increasing and light workers are feeling more ‘sensitive’ in response. It’s up to all of us to listen to the guidance we’re getting to nurture ourselves, to not add any un-necessary stress to our lives and do as much as we possibly can to allow our spirit to shine. You may feel guided to stay away from certain people whose energies are not in harmony with your own. Likewise you may wish to stay away from busy or noisy shopping malls etc which do not allow for peace and harmony. Again, whatever guidance you get, act upon it as it’s there for a reason. We’re at a point now where we absolutely shouldn’t be ‘putting up’ with anything that doesn’t enhance our feelings of peace and well-being. I’ve even been guided to stay away from workshops which I thought would be for my highest good and that I ‘should’ go to because the energies of other people would have cancelled out any benefits. The angels guide us to remember anything we feel we ‘should’ be doing, we probably don’t need to do! I now ask myself do I want to do this or is it because I feel I ‘should’? If the answer’s the latter I invariably don’t do it.

Put simply, in listening to our inner guidance we are honouring ourselves, one of the many things we have to learn to do in order to shift to a more heavenly vibration.

Another, inevitable, change taking place is in our diets. My recent illness caused a complete de-tox of my body. I wouldn’t have had the willpower to achieve the same result. Pain and illness brought me to a point where I could only eat vegetables and although I’m still healing, I feel I’ve come out the other end with a lighter body and my intuition’s clearer as a result. We’re being guided to eat as little processed food as possible to more clearly hear the guidance of our spirit helpers which is crucial for our path and for changing the world to a more peaceful and loving vibration. As our body’s lighten so do our minds.

The angels said the arrival of the celebrity chefs and nutritionists was no accident. They provide a foundation for living, not only by highlighting, the nutritional benefits of what we eat so we can make informed choices, but also so we whet our own appetites by joyfully creating and preparing dishes. Just as cooking became ‘sexy’ (the creativity of the sacral chakra), this is now being joined by the fashionable interest in gardening and growing our own food as well as an earthy interest in the entire natural world. Underlying all trends is a desire to bring through more love for ourselves and others. The green revolution is bringing masses of people to ‘acceptably’ care and demonstrate their love for the planet, even those who would normally feel uncomfortable with such outward demonstrations of affection.

To end, the angels are guiding us not to be surprised if our personal world is literally ‘turned on its head’ through some kind of dramatic event or illness etc. As much as we may try to avoid making changes, things are now changing whether we like it or not and changes are in place to make way for new energies and new leases of life. In every seeming disaster there is a positive and the angels are always here to guide us through the changes and to comfort us and reassure us that ALL change is positive and in alignment with our highest plans for our lives.

Without compassion we would not have humanity, however the angels also remind us that everything taking place in our world is ‘theatre’. At the very centre of our being is pure love, and we are safe and calm. Nothing is ever ‘lost’ and life and love is eternal. Whenever we feel caught up in sorrow and pain and dysfunction, we can simply tap into the reality of our true centre through meditation and affirmations to better observe with detachment.

Above all, we are to take good care of ourselves. It’s not only more important than ever, it’s our God-given right to make sure we’re strong, healthy and centred before we even think about helping others. Self-responsibility is a crucial part of bringing heaven to earth and living a light-filled life. Most of all the angels wish for us to be at peace, knowing everything’s in the perfect hands of God.
