Dear All,

Spring feels well and truly in the air doesn't it? It’s lovely the nights are pulling out and there’s more time in the day to be outside.

Since the last column a friend has shared she’s been seeing a lot of significant signs via numbers and I continue, like many to experience a lot of synchronicity. The angels say that synchronicity is the upside of 'being in the flow', it's the validation we seek that we're no longer struggling against the tide rather we’re trusting, with faith, that we are exactly where we need to be and that the universe is providing for us. It’s very much like living in the pages of The Celestine Prophecy, a great book if you haven’t read it.

This morning I read a relevant quote someone had used in a magazine article, one of Jesus’ many analogies: "Consider the lilies, how they grow: They neither toil nor spin, but I tell you, not even Solomon in all his glory clothed himself like one of these. Consider the crows, for they neither sow nor reap, they have no storeroom or barn, and yet God feeds them."

It stood out to me as I have long 'toiled' over the question of whether it's ok to simply let God do the work under the guise of 'being in the flow'. As I re-read the words I heard that we are God and we manifest for ourselves through positive vibrations so why put any restrictions on our joy? Doubt, worry and fear are all evidence of resistance.

As soon as we relax and remember how powerful we are and how we are essentially 'Ok' then we relax into the flow or our true well-being and in flows the good things we love. God is doing 'the work' which is, essentially, ourselves. All we’re really required to do to manifest our heart’s desires is to have faith and enjoy life through positive vibrations, spreading the love and laughter.

Following the same theme of signs, a gentleman in America, Guy Dusseault, recently emailed a link to his website, www.oursonbilly.com/, which is a loving tribute to his son who died at a young age in a car accident. Guy and his family created the website after they began noticing strange anomalies in the photographs they were taking in and around their home, namely heart-shaped lights and the moon shaped like a heart. The hearts began to appear in the photographs not long after Billy's passing and Guy and his family feel, or rather ‘know’, they are signs from Billy and other loved ones in spirit, to show that death isn't the end, and, most importantly, only love is real.

As I clicked on the link to the website I had quite an experience. At first I got a feeling I wasn't alone, I also began to feel a lot of loving energy accumulating around me, to the point where I began crying as I read their story and submitted to the strong, comforting energy surrounding me.

Heart communication

After these energies subsided and I finished reading the website, I quickly gathered my thoughts and realised the light was fading and I needed to walk our puppy before nightfall. Just before leaving the house though I filled a bucket with water in which to put some flowers I'd bought earlier. I temporarily stood it on some printer paper to get a cloth to wipe it before putting on the table. As I lifted the bucket to be wiped I noticed there was a wet ring on the paper from the base of the bucket and in the middle, just off-centre, an irregular but clearly heart-shaped water mark.

You'd think, at this point, I'd have been awestruck by its significance but in my haste to go out I dismissed it as a 'coincidence'. It wasn't until I was out walking the dog the realisation dawned on me that the presence in the room, coupled with the loving feelings and the heart-shaped watermark meant that someone in spirit had just sent me a sign! When I got home I even checked if anything on the base of the bucket, like a logo, could have created the heart-shaped mark but the base was smooth apart from the rim. What do the angels say about missing or ignoring the signs?! It was a perfect example how this can happen.

Guy has sent a copy of his book containing photos and their story which I’ll be reviewing shortly. In the meantime, if you feel drawn to the website, I'd be interested to hear if have any similar ‘heart’ experiences, and, hopefully, you won't dismiss the signs as I did!

Angel sighting

Another gentleman has written to Sahar, the editor of PS-Magazine.com, recently to share that he saw an angel at the foot of his bed when he was eight years' old. The angel was neither male nor female and he wasn't sure why the angel appeared as he hasn't experienced anything since. He added that he thought people might think he's ‘nuts’ for sharing.

He's definitely not nuts and is fortunate to have seen an angel as they vibrate at a faster rate than we do. A child's mind is more open than an adult's and 'purer' in that sense and the angels love being around open-minded people as they can generally get the messages through clearly. To reiterate, angels are for all of us, whether visibly or not, so if you doubt they exist but are willing to play along with nothing to lose, inwardly ask the angels for some signs, or to show themselves or to clearly give you a message that they're around. I'd be interested to hear if you have any angelic experiences as a result.

Going back to this particular gentleman, it follows that angels are more likely to show themselves when we are at our most receptive e.g. during our dream state or waking hours or when we're just about to drop off to sleep. For this gentleman the angels are saying it was his guardian angel who came to his bedside, to serve as a comforting reminder during any difficult times later in life that he's not alone.

I see angels as light columns or sparks. When I first began to see them I didn’t realise they were angels but the message finally got through and sprang from a deep desire to see them. The angelic sparks appear usually as confirmation to a thought or just as so he can a comforting reminder they’re around.

Angels in Dreams

I’ve also seen angels in dreams. Once I was visited by a multi-coloured angel who told me he'd help me in my future work. Like the gentleman mentioned earlier, I didn't it see it as a male or female being, more a bright energy who was lots of fun and very cheering and vibrant.

Another time I saw an angel was when a friend offered to perform a spirit release for an earthbound spirit who was very attached to our flat. I had no idea when the clearing was going to take place as it was to be done distantly, but one night I dreamt what I knew to be a 'twisted and tormented soul' was being held lovingly and gently but firmly by a beautiful angel. I felt when I woke up that my friend had performed the space clearing that night, which he confirmed.

What moved me was the immense power but gentle tenderness of the angel as he lovingly escorted the earth bound spirit to the light. Again, I didn’t see a fully-formed angel, this time I got a ‘sense’ of it and simply knew it was an angel. It’s now the next morning and I’m been guided to share this as a loving post script from the angels for everyone here. I’d written this column yesterday morning and as you know had mentioned signs and synchronicity. Just after settling our puppy down last night, I noticed something on the dining room floor, a chewed up angel oracle card lying face-down. It amused me, not only because he always finds the strangest things to chew, but inwardly I was joking ‘I’d better pick it up as there are signs in everything and it might be relevant’. The card read: ‘Notice the Signs: The signs you’ve been receiving are heaven-sent. We drop feathers, coins and other signs upon your path to remind you that you’re loved and never alone.”

So there you go, another ‘sign’ to leave you with and proof that the angels have a sense of humour!
