Coffee Controversy- Is Coffee Good or Bad

For decades, there has been a debate raging over whether coffee has any beneficial effect or not. Although this debate continues there have been developments within the coffee industry where new 'strains' of coffee, containing mushroom extract infusions have been developed.
By containing healthy mushroom ingredients, these new types of coffee have been shown to have beneficial effects in actually helping people to sleep as well as aiding relaxation. This is despite the fact that the coffee still contains caffeine.
Dr. James Coughlin wrote in the Medical News Today article that "recent advances in epidemiological and experimental knowledge have transformed many of the negative health myths about coffee drinking into validated health benefits." Quoting from Dr. Lenore Arab he said: "More thorough analysis and the accumulation of evidence suggest no negative effect on the incidence of colon cancer, and possible protective effects for adenomas of the colon as well as for rectal cancer and liver cancer."
Dr. Weil on his 'Healthy Living' website, mentioned the results of a study that concluded "drinking coffee isn't harmful to cardiovascular health and may even be somewhat beneficial." Dr. Weil upon being questioned about whether coffee is good for you or not said: "The way coffee affects you is your surest guide to whether or not you should be drinking it at all and, if so, how much."
'Healthy Coffee is being recommended for cancer patients who still wish to have their cup of coffee. It also improves the body's pH levels due to the addition of mushrooms. The principle benefits being suggested from drinking Healthy Coffee are removing toxins, improving sleep, raising pH, normalizing weight and increasing oxygen to your brain.
