Dear Sahar,
I hope that this email finds you in the best of health and in good spirits. Again, thank you for the recording - it was insightful as always.
I am writing with a random quesion - do you have exercises or anything in particular that you can advise to help with public speaking? I have never been the greatest public speaker but have recently been getting increased anxiety and I am a lawyer so effective communication (both public and otherwise) is very important to my job. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
