Just when you thought you are getting your head around age old concepts of spirituality, Karma, and reincarnation- The Chinese Government recently proved itself to be ahead of everyone else by stipulating a law that regulates reincarnation, thus, giving it legal significance. According to new law, it is now illegal to reincarnate without prior approval!
As of September 1st, the State began affecting requisites regarding the procedures by which one is to reincarnate.
