(a) Lying on one’s back with one Polarity Screen under the head at the top of the spine while holding the copper handle with the left hand.

 (b) Placing the second screen under the base of the spine and holding the handle with the right hand.

(c) The last step consists of crossing the legs at the ankles --  left ankle over the right,  which apparently prevents the energy flowing out via the legs and feet.

That’s all there is to it. The electromagnetic energy field of the body actually does the work. These screens are just a non- invasive device that facilitates the flow of chi, prana or life force.

The head and right hand are positively charged portions of the anatomy, while the spine and left hand are negatively charged. If the negative and positive parts of the body are linked to one another……head to left hand, spine to right hand – the energy will flow in something like a figure-eight pattern, removing obstructions and promoting relaxation and healing. This causes the energy to flow  in an unobstructed manner and is an effective means of repolarizing the body which in turn promotes healing and wellbeing.

This positioning is called “The Relaxation Circuit.” When the positions are reversed it becomes “The Tension Circuit.” This can recharge the body but  also can cause irritability and nervousness if used for too long. 

These copper screens were first invented by Leon Ernest Eeman in the early 1920’s. Eeman was critically hurt after a serious plane injury during the first World War.  While hospitalized he became very interested in the power of ‘hands on healing’ and what this healing energy consisted of. Within two years after his release from the hospital he developed techniques to harness this natural life force

Eeman had a practice in Harley Street in London and was very interested in vibrational healing. So he gathered together and worked with other professionals who consisted of doctors, chemists and even psychologists to examine the healing capabilities of the body’s energy field.

After many decades of extensive research with several hundred patients his device became known as the “Eeman Screens.”  In his book “Cooperative Healing" which consisted of twenty five years of intense research about this device.  His book documented the natural healing electricity produced by the human body.

Personally I found the screens quite remarkable in their simplicity.  I look forward to my 20 minutes of relaxation with the screens knowing they are activating my body's self healing mechanism.
