The universe is all-knowing, isn't it?
I lost my dear father on 6th March, and his funeral was on 17th.
As he had loved horses so dearly, we asked his favourite charity if we could have a pony at the funeral, or for one to see the hearse off from the house.
As we got to the crematorium, we could see a little pony waiting patiently outside. It was the prettiest thing you could imagine.
As the hearse was opened, the pony neighed shrilly. It neighed again - almost a scream - as the coffin was carried inside and then again as we came out after the service. She only neighed those three times, and otherwise behaved perfectly. She knew, didn't she?
