Expansive Jupiter moves into the sign of Aquarius in January 2009, where it stays all year long. The prime change in the cosmos for 2009 is the power planet Pluto’s final move into the sign of Capricorn. Pluto is always linked to matters that involve slow change and transformation, so after Pluto’s reckless partying in Sagittarius over the last decade or more, his transition into sensible Capricorn last year demanded payment and prudence for the excesses that have prevailed.
